Harris continues to be the man on the banks

PAUL Harris continued his dominance on the banks with another win in Barnards Green Angling Club’s latest match.

Eight Anglers turned out on Sunday on a bright and sunny morning. With heavy rain the night before the lake had a muddy colour too it and the many anglers fancied their chances of a good catch.

Bites were frequent for most of the anglers and the current in- form members Paul Harris and Christian Rudge both started off catching early.

Come the weigh-in Paul Harris managed another win to continue his fine form with a weight of 8lb 2ozs of silver fish and a couple of carp all caught on the pellet. In second place was Tony Perks, who had a mixed bag of silver fish and carp to finish with 7lb 9ozs, and in third place was Christian Rudge with 7lb 7ozs.
