LIAM Killeen staged a remarkable comeback to take 7th place in the men's mountain bike race in Beijing this morning despite crashing 90 seconds into the race.
The Malvern ride suffered a nightmare start to the race when he crashed out and went down clutching his knee after a collision.
But the 26-year-old stormed back from 48th place to cross the line in 7th place, four minutes 15 seconds behind gold medallist Julien Absalon.
